UMALOHOKAN EDITORIAL BOARD 2013-2014
NCPAG-UMALOHOKAN is the official student publication of the University of the Philippines - National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP-NCPAG). The publication aims to provide relevant news, information and opinion about the college, university and the country through the lens of public administration and governance. Once dormant for more than a decade, Umalohokan was re-launched in 2013 by a group of dedicated and passionate students aiming to bring forward new perspectives about social issues that is relevant, practical, effective and equitable to the Philippine context.
